NEED TO RELAX.. Soak those tired feet

LET’S TALK TIRED FEET …and take a few minutes to relax..

Here are two easy recipes that use items you have in your kitchen cupboard..

RECIPES ONE

What you need,Sea Salt/Epson Salts soak your tired ,fatigued,itchy and burning feet.  Use a mixture of 1/2 water to 1/2 sea salt or epson salts. Soak your feet for 20 mins. dry .

 

RECIPES TWO

What you need, Used Tea Bags, save all your used teas bags ! herbal,green peppermint,etc. Tea has a anti-microbial effect on the feet, this treatment will also help athlete’s feet,and cracked heels. Place 5 tea bags in warm water to hot water feel better fast and enjoy the herbal aroma let soak for 20 mins,dry.
