Face and Neck Scrub..

Ingredients:

2 oz of powdered brown sugar

1 small teaspoonful of plain yogurt

1 oz of sesame oil

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together, into a smooth paste. Store in the fridge.

Use three times weekly at night.

Benefits:

Deep cleansing, pore tightening, exfoliating and retexturizing

Sugar contains natural Alpha Hydroxy Acids that helps to dislodge dead skin cells and refine the skin’s texture.

Sugar is also a very effectual exfoliant.

Yogurt contains Lactic Acid that impacts skin with its cell renewing/whitening and brightening benefits.

Sesame Oil is both nourishing and soothing, while also allowing the scrub to slip across the face and neck in a gentle and effortless manner.

Face Mask

Oatmeal Facial Mask Ingredients:

2 tbsp oatmeal fast cooking oatmeal

½ cup of milk (soy milk, if preferred)

¼ cup of honey + 1 teaspoon

2 ½-inch slices chilled cucumber

Process:

Prepare the oatmeal according to the recipe’s cooking instructions, set aside for a few minutes to thicken and cool.

Stir in milk and ½ cup honey. Apply an even layer on your skin, avoiding tender eye area.

Apply remaining 1 tsp of honey to lips.

Place cucumber slices on eyes.

Relax for about 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Cucumber: Comprised almost entirely of water, cucumber soothes and relieves puffy eyes.

Natural Foot Care recipe

Ingredients:

Soak

½ cup sea salts

5 slices lime

5 drops essential lime oil

10 fresh mint leaves

Warm water

Scrub:

3 limes

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 tablespoon sweet almond oil

15 fresh mint leaves (chopped)

5 drops essential lime oil

Process:

Cut limes into quarters. Pulse in a food processor until it is a chunky pulp. Mix lime pulp and remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Soak each foot five minutes. With a circular motion, apply the scrub. Finish with TruShea Peppermint Shea Butter moisturizer
